yep! must be THE only item of colour and kept to the absolute minimum.. im actually over neons, but those pieces caught my eye x
i love neons they totally work for me n those cuffs r really pretty i wish i was in Dubai i would buy the whole set :P
I'm not much of a neon fan, though I tried this neon pink nail polish which complements my tan. My mom says it looks cheap 3ala golat'ha "chinich min hathaila". umm define hathaila?
