Couture Bows!

Fall 2009 couture shows in Paris were stunning, from Dior's questionable lack of clothing, to Givenchy's tribal fabulousity, Chanel's lace and hairdo's, Elie saab's whites and Valentino's blacks.. exquisite lace and strong shoulders with lavish detailing.. everything was gorgeous.

Highlights of the trip:

- Got to wear my boots! (although it is officially boot season in Dubai too! XD)
- Got to walk under the rain in paris (which is very romantic, but cold :P)
- Had lunch with an actual rocket scientist, and loved the thought provoking conversations we had..
- shopped, shopped, and shopped some more.. goes without saying :P
- Practiced french, actually.. as soon as i would stutter on a word, they used to switch to english, i had to put my foot down and go like: " NON, JE VOUDRAIS PARLER FRANCAISE SEULMENT" lol it was kinda cool..
- Did everything parisienne, avec parisiennes.. it was tres chouette! <3
- and finally: i still have time off, which is kinda cool cuz i wanna catch up on me time before work!
