Abu Alseed

Its been a while since I reviewed a restaurant in Dubai, mostly because I didn't bump into anything different.. Abu alseed (newly opened in Merdiff City Center) is definitely a different experience.. With its authentic egyptian cuisine, decor, music and staff.. Its like u walked into an egyptian movie set.. Or into the streets of cairo.. A must try!

Steam Sum Dim Sum

I don't know why I never blogged about this place.. But its the best noodle joint in Dubai! Located in the Dubai festival city, a chinese place with OK dumplings, yummy fried rice and really good noodles. You get to mix and match your sauces, carbs and proteins.. which I personally think is fabulous :)

Kozi Africafé

Its always refreshing to see new concepts in Dubai, Kozi cafe not only got the african ambiance, music and coffee right..but the place has a fabulous appeal to it as it's located right above the "its raining men" water fall (as Aljoud calls it xD).

One of the most popular restaurants in Bahrain just opened at Souq Al Bahar, Dubai.

Funky ambiance.. in-house DJ.. hip crowd but so-so sushi.

But the chocolate bar NYC is now open at the Dubai mall with a motto of "Be good to yourself, eat more chocolate".


Also newly opened in in the fashion avenue: Fauchon and Armani Cafe.
