Morning.Noon.Night

It's hot, to say the least.
So if you're stuck in your hometown, and are struggling with the heat wave.. here is what i do to get through the day XD

I kick start my day with a double-shot ice shaken from starbucks.. god knows a latte is the last thing we need with the heat!

By 5 pm I'm all worn out from work, traffic and the heat.. and nothing beats a mocktail for a quick pick-me-up!

After a long day of work, shopping, and lounging ;P I pour myself a glass of tea du maroc, its good for the digestion and the soothing affect of mint is just what I need before heading to bed!

I got news

So apparently, I sleep talk.

But there's more to it..

Not only do I talk in my sleep, I sleep-dial, sleep-call, and THEN I sleep-NAG!

Now that's what I call willpower xD

Good morning blog

And what a morning it is! I just had my 12 hours of sleep (yes I crashed early, and it was not completely un-assisted) BUT it was worth it!

And I woke up to the cutest message ever. I love love loved it!


I love compliments! I love waking up to them, I love how I giggle after hearing one, the high I get, and when they come from someone special.. They totally make my day!


In the past three days, I heard:

"You are the joy of my life" from the most amazing person I have ever known.


"Your smile, oh my god!" lol from a person I kinda find fascinating.


And "You're just killing me with ur bags dah-ling" from the most adorable emm someone lol


And so.. Having shared my compliments des 3 jours avec toi, what is the best compliment to date that made YOU walk on clouds for the rest of the day?

Lemons, anyone?

Every once in a while, u fuck up.

The one thing to remember is: cut ur losses, pick up the pieces, and make lemonade.

I'm getting ready for a girls night out and I just HAVE to tell u girls this: chanel's latest brillant levres Aqualumiere lipgloss rocks. I tried it in every shade and its just amazing. Its non sticky, super light and leaves u with the glossiest lips ever! My personal fave is "glass quartz" .

Finally!

I got to see "The dark night".. And we all know that its the joker who stole batman's thunder this time round with Heath Ledger's death right after shooting the movie. His performance was what made waiting in the queue, 3 days in a row and not finding seats (until TODAY) worthwhile! Every scene he played sent a chill down my spine. Rumour has it that he's getting nominated for an oscar on his role.





Plot: I must admit it was a bit confusing at the beginning, and the running time was a tad longer than what I would have liked, but over all, the story line was very entertaining.



A scene to remember: Batman and The joker go one on one.
