I spy a lil white lie

People lie.

Its not always bad though.

I wonder if there is a certain, agreed-on amount of connivery that's acceptable.. Just so u get by?

People generally have a hidden agenda somewhere, and would try to manipulate the situation to get there. And no matter how trivial it can be.. Its still cheating.. Isn't it?

Once u keep ur motives hidden, then ur abusing trust..

But it does happen.

So should we just assume that everyone is conniving until proven otherwise? And if so, is it acceptable in the larger scheme of things to conceal truth if its justifiable to do so in the eyes of the beholder? How harmful is it.. Really? And would u waste time and effort to get down to what's hidden deep?

Sometimes u can lie but still remain honest.

And i dont mean when someone asks do i look fat in this dress and u say NO when obviously they do.

Its hard to explain without writing an essay, but i have come to terms with these facts:

Everyone lies.
Lying doesnt necessarily mean we are bad ppl.
Lying is part of life.
What matters is the motive behind the lie.

i dont see it as lieing as much as holding information.

and who cares really, as long as no harm is done

big pearls: white, black and all the different shades of gray ba3ad..

delicately realistic: i guess everyone has his own set of flaws..

eshda3wa: but isn't it that cunning? to have an alternative motive and with-holding it? i guess it all depends on how grave the damage is..
